My teaching philosophy is to give hands-on instruction in a way that easily understandable for all skill levels. My goal is not to change your swing, but to make subtle changes in a way that offers more consistent ball striking and improved scoring. For every hour of practice, spend 40 minutes of it on the short game!

Individual Lesson Series
Discount rates for any series of adult and/or junior lessons will be available throughout the year. A lesson series is comprised of 5 one hour lessons with the sixth lesson being provided at no charge. If you plan to take several lessons throughout the year a lesson series is perfect for you.
Playing Lessons
Playing lessons can be scheduled during non-peak golf hours. These lessons will be 6 holes in duration and standard lesson rates will apply. Playing lessons are ideal for developing your course management skills and give me the chance to analyze your entire game while determining the most important areas for improvement.

Through technology and expertise, I strive to help players of all levels continue to get better with all aspects of the game. There will be multiple ways to help players achieve success through swing changes, short game improvements, putting improvements, as well as on course strategy to help lower scores. I will also be able to help high school golfers navigate the tricky world of collegiate recruiting.
For the past 7 years I have been coaching at the collegiate level as the Assistant Coach at Iowa State University where I was in charge of player development of every student athlete as well as recruiting high level athletes to the University. Prior to Iowa State I worked and trained at the David Leadbetter Academy in Bradenton, Florida helping all levels of high school athletes try to advance to the collegiate level.
